Instrumental music
"This is the kind of music that wind bands ought to be playing... Thank you for writing such beautiful music"
Joseph Dobos, Conductor, Wayne State University Concert Band
Aaron has written a variety of concert music for instrumental ensembles and solo instruments. He particularly enjoys writing and performing music for solo piano; several of these pieces can be heard on his recent EP 'Nightsong', which is available on Spotify and Amazon Music. Two more EPs of similar music are currently in production. Aaron occasionally performs these and similar pieces in recitals. He is also available to commission for short pieces of music for special occasions (such as a wedding or anniversary) - more information can be found
In 2017 Aaron was the winner of the inaugural Oxford University Music Society Composition Competition, leading to the premiere of his orchestral work 'Divergence' by the Oxford University Sinfonietta. In the same time period he was commissioned by the Wayne State University Concert Band to arrange his SATB setting of the carol 'O Magnum Mysterium' for concert band.

Aaron has been involved in instrumental music since a young age, having achieved Grade 8 with Distinction in four instruments by the age of 18. He is particularly active as a keyboard player, and often performs on the piano in recitals as a soloist and accompanist. He also occasionally gives recital performances as a singer and as an organist.
